The ninth biennial Compensation and Benefits Surveys of Massachusetts police personnel and fire personnel, published by the Massachusetts Municipal Personnel Association, are now available.

The surveys collect a wide range of information about the salaries and benefits of public safety personnel across the state for fiscal 2005.

The MMPA received 505 survey responses for these publications – 222 for police personnel, 165 for full-time paid fire personnel, and 118 for call/volunteer fire personnel.

The prices of the surveys are based on MMPA membership and participation in the surveys.
