Looking Ahead to FY11
Each summer MIIA Loss Control analyzes the pool’s loss trends, member feedback, current topics and regulatory requirements in order to determine the criteria for the next Rewards season. This process is currently underway and we anticipate some substantial changes to the program in FY11.
Some of the changes will be behind the scenes with the implementation of a new database and tracking system for Rewards documentation. We also plan to outline more specific criteria to help clarify what documentation we expect for credit. New training topics are also being explored. We hope to have the new criteria ready by September.
Please provide feedback to any MIIA staffer anytime. Please do not hesitate to email us or call us at (617) 426-7272 x250.
We appreciate your interest and participation and look forward to an educational and productive year of proactive risk management.
