One Winthrop Square is located at the intersection of Otis and Devonshire Streets, one block from Summer Street between Downtown Crossing and South Station. There is a small park in front of the building.

Using public transportation:

Commuter rail trains into North Station.You may take the Orange Line from North Station to Downtown Crossing stop. The MBTA Orange Line to Downtown Crossing stop (3-5 minute walk).
The MBTA Red Line to Downtown Crossing stop (3-5 minute walk).
Commuter rail trains into South Station (5-7 minute walk).

Walking from public transportation:

From Summer Street, the entrance to One Winthrop Square is one block from its intersection of either Otis Street or Devonshire Street.

Parking:

Parking is available at various office complexes within walking distance of One Winthrop Sq. Parking costs range from $10 to $24 a day. It is very difficult to find parking in the area after 8 a.m. The parking garage at the Hyatt Regency Boston (formerly Swissotel) and the Boston Common garage will provide the easiest access to both the MMA office at One Winthrop Sq. and the State House. Parking may also be available at T parking garages or lots outside the city.

NOTE: The parking garage at One Winthrop Sq. fills up by 8 a.m. and will not be available.

Directions to parking at the Hyatt Regency Boston (formerly Swisshotel):

From Points South
Going 93 northbound, get off at exit 20 that reads "I 90 /Logan airport/Worcester/South Station". About 600 feet after getting onto the exit, take a left toward "South Station via frontage road". Go through 3 intersections staying in the middle lane and follow sign for I 93 North "Downtown", then "South Station". At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto Kneeland Street, following signs for "Chinatown". After 5 blocks, take a right onto Washington, then 3 more blocks, make a right onto Ave De Lafayette. The hotel is located half way down the block on the left.
From Points North
Route 95 to Route 93. Take South Station exit 1/4 mile after the Purchase Street exit. Coming off the exit, immediately merge right at top of ramp. Take a right onto Summer Street. After 3 blocks take a left onto Kingston Street. Then take the first right onto Bedford Street. The parking garage entrance will be directly in front of you.
From Mass Pike Route 90E
Take exit 24 A which indicates "Downtown / South Station". At the bottom of the off ramp turn left at the lights onto Kneeland Street. After four blocks turn right into Washington Street. Follow Washington Street until the 3rd set of lights then turn Right into Avenue De Lafayette. The Hotel main entrance will be on your left at 1 Avenue De Lafayette.
From Storrow Drive
Take the Copley Square Exit that will put you Clarendon Street, turn left on Boylston and follow past the Boston Commons. Turn Left into Washington then Right onto Avenue De Lafayette. The Hotel main entrance will be on your left at 1 Avenue De Lafayette. For parking turn in to the underground garage on your left, just before the main entrance.

Walking to One Winthrop Square from Hyatt Regency Boston:

Exit the garage onto Chauncy Street, take a left and go one block. Take a right onto Summer Street and go one block. Take a left onto Otis Street, and the entrance to One Winthrop Square will be one block on right. There is a small park in front of the building.
