Extended Services for Accounts

Well Aware- Extended free services for all Health Trust accounts that qualify.

Grant Program - Additional wellness services are provided beyond the standard services with funds from the Well Aware Wellness Services Grant Program.  Grant budgets are based on the size of your group and your demonstrated commitment to wellness. MIIA works closely with members to design optimum strategies for health improvement.

To be eligible for a Wellness Service Grant your group must:

• Designate a wellness coordinator and/or wellness team.
• Demonstrate leadership support.
• Conduct interest surveys provided by MIIA.
• Offer a variety of activities throughout the year that are designed to reach all employees.

The Well Aware Services Grant Program enables Member Groups to integrate wellness more extensively into their workplaces and help build a “culture of wellness.”
