Meet Our Staff

Wellness Coordinator:
Wendy Gammons, Master of Science in Health Education
Directs overall wellness program for Health Trust members. Manages staff, including wellness representatives, nutrition specialist and administrative assistant. Provides member group guidance and support. Assists select member groups in the planning, promotion and implementation of their wellness programs.
Wellness Representatives:
Claire Alemian, Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Mind/Body Trainer
Coordinates special fitness and emotional well-being related initiatives and projects. Assists select member groups in the planning, promotion and implementation of their wellness programs.
Bill Bradley, Registered Dietitian, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition
Coordinates special nutrition, healthy cooking and men's health programs. Assists select member groups in the planning, promotion and implementation of their wellness programs.
Elizabeth Flagg, Master of Arts in Psychology, Certified Yoga Instructor, Mind/Body Trainer
Coordinates special fitness and emotional well-being programs. Assists select member groups in the planning, promotion and implementation of their wellness programs.
Nutrition Specialist:
Sandra Sarni, Registered Dietitian, Master of Science in Nutrition
Directs all special nutrition and risk reduction initiatives and projects including Heart Matters, our cardiovascular risk reduction program. Assists select member groups in the planning, promotion and implementation of their wellness programs.

Administrative Assistant:

Mary Harrington, Bachelor of Fine Arts
Provides extensive administrative support for the entire Wellness team.
