Tai Chi

Tai Chi is sometimes described as “meditation in motion” because it promotes serenity through gentle movement—connecting the mind and body. It might also be called “medication in motion” because growing evidence indicates it has value treating or preventing many health problems. Improve your flexibility, strength and posture…in addition to reducing tension and stress by taking this low-impact exercise program. All levels of experience are welcome. The program leader is a certified Tai Chi instructor.

Wellness Tip: This gentle form of exercise can prevent or ease many ills of aging and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
