Creating Balance and Wellbeing: Four Practices for Busy Professionals

What does it take to thrive and sustain a long-term career in a challenging and fast-paced environment? How do we cultivate resilience, energy, balance and wellbeing and feel more calm, focused and healthy? In this 1-hour workshop, participants will have a chance to explore a number of different pathways for creating desired changes in their lives. The program leader is a health and wellness consultant.

Wellness Tip: Contentment grows as we begin to understand that although we may have little control over the thoughts that pop into our mind, we always have a say over whether or not to give them our attention.
