Break the Sugar Cycle

Self-directed

Tags: Nutrition, Weight Loss

10-day self-directed activity program to help you reduce your sugar intake, improve your health, lose weight and earn cool prizes. Starts March 21 and ends March 30, 2017.

Break the Sugar Cycle

Do you love sugar? Are you hooked? Is the "crave and crash" cycle familiar to you? Are you gaining weight? If you answered yes to these questions, this program is for you!

Too much sugar puts us at risk for diabetes, heart disease, reduced brain function and weight gain. After we eat high carbohydrate and sugary foods, we might feel "up" for a sort time, but then we often feel lethargic, may get irritable and have trouble focusing. Break the Sugar Cycle will help you learn how to reduce your sugar intake from obvious and hidden sources. You will feel so much better and you can earn cool prizes at the end of the program.

The program was designed by a Registered Dietitian.

Click here to learn more about this program, how to sign-up and cool prizes you may win.

Wellness Tip: Take look at how much sugar is found in these popular foods/beverages!

1 Can Red Bull -- 6-7 teaspoons of sugar

1 Fiber One Bar Oats & Strawberry -- 2-3 teaspoons of sugar

2 Tbs Newman's Own Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette -- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
