This 45-60 minute workshop is facilitated by a registered dietitian. Enjoy terrific snacks and discover which grain choices are high in protein and low in carbs, the best snacks for your energy and waistline,  and the top foods to curb cravings.

Not all food is created equal. In this one hour workshop, learn which carbs are the healthiest, how to stop craving unhealthy foods and what snacks will give you energy, not only in the short term, but for the whole day. Food demo and taste testing included.

Wellness Tip: If you crave an afternoon snack, try eating carbohydrate and protein combined. This will regulate your blood sugar and make it less likely that you will crave an unhealthy snack.
