In our program videos, Certified Personal Trainer Kate Kuzminski, will lead you through mobility exercises that focus on increasing your range of motion, stabilization and muscle control. All the exercises can be done right in your own home and do not require any equipment. The goal is do at least 6 exercises for 10 days.
