While technology has the potential to transform our lives in many positive ways, overuse of our digital devices (called Digital Toxicity) also carries the potential to impair the mental, physical, spiritual and social health of both adults and children. Disappearing into the TV, computer, and phone for hours has become an “appropriate pastime” and the distraction that results takes its toll.
