The upcoming post-pandemic return to work presents managers with a host of questions. There are human resource issues, as well as administrative and operational concerns. But, at the heart of it all, is the question of how we communicate to and relate with one another upon return. In this session, we’ll explore the importance of empathy, active listening, emotional intelligence and effective communication as essential ingredients for fostering trust and community in our reintegration.
