MIIA prevention programs are designed to help members adjust their behavior and mental state in order to mitigate the kinds of risks that can lead to illness and injury. And should you develop a health issue, we’re here to help you manage it.

Good Health Gateway® Diabetes Care Rewards Program

Enroll at any time to be rewarded with $0 copays on diabetes medications and supplies (such as glucometers, lancets, and test strips) when you complete important diabetes labs and exams with your doctor.  In addition to $0 copays, you will have unlimited access to Diabetes Nurse Educators and Pharmacists for personalized support.
