Our bodies were meant to move! Fitness is what keeps us healthy, confident, capable and feeling good about ourselves. And that means more than just crunches or a 10K. It’s means moving freely and easily every day. Not something our modern culture encourages. But MIIA does. We help our members become more fit individuals through exercise classes and programs that address each component of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

I just did the four sessions of Tai Chi with David Chosid and I thought he was an excellent teacher. I love Tai Chi and I hope MIIA will be able to offer this class again in the near future. It is so great to be offered a relaxation exercise after a stressful week at school, with Covid. Thank you for finding such a skilled instructor.
