On May 12th, Ren Heitman, MIIA's LocalGovU customer service representative, will take us on a virtual tour of MIIA's e-Learning Platform. The platform offers hundreds of online trainings which cover a range of topics from OSHA courses and Law Enforcement to Human Resources. MIIA members can designate administrators who are able to add users, assign training and track training progress and many of the courses are eligible for MIIA Rewards credits. Ren will take a look at the virtual platform from both the administrator side and the training participant.
