Facilities and Operations teams always seem to be working in a whirlwind of stress, chaos and struggle. Honestly, we all tend to do our best work under these conditions otherwise you would have changed careers by now. That being said, even during the best of times both our spirit, along with our budgets, are stretched way too thin. Now add on the layer of a pandemic response and we have hit a tipping point!
While it is important for MFAA to bring to our members timely information relative to facilities operations, it is also critical that we take care of you as a person and a leader. This webinar series will provide attendees with coping strategies, personal reflection, along with some newer ideas and concepts on stress response and self care.
We would like to thank MIIA, as our proud to sponsor this training series for MFAA. We are offering seats to the first 100 people that register.
