This session provides an in-depth overview of the MIIA EAP services available to municipal leaders and employees. The content includes review of the consultative and on-site services/ resources available when you are dealing with a critical incident impacting employees. The MIIA EAP has added new features and resources to help mitigate the trauma and impact of adverse incidents, and this training session will cover all resources and processes.
