This program, for emergency vehicle operators and DPW drivers, combines 1.5 hours of classroom training with 30 minutes of hands-on simulator practice per participant. The state-of-the-art MIIA simulator provides a safe environment to experience a variety of scenarios and conditions typical to emergency response situations, including a module for Public Works Departments. Due to limited availability, members may only schedule every 2.5 years.
