This training program is intended to provide entry level general industry workers information about how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job related hazards on a job site, as well their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. The general industry setting includes health care, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and retail. The training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not OSHA standards. The course is designed for all workers having an interest in OSHA and OSHA compliance, including warehousing and manufacturing employees, general industry managers, and supervisors.
