MIIA Risk Management staff and representatives from the DIA, SafetyWorks Grant and the Department of Labor Standards, SafetyWorks Consultants invite you to join this informative workshop which will focus on the safety and training resources available to Massachusetts municipalities. Topics will include: Safety Works DIA Grant (opens July 1, 2026). Grant supports essential resources and financial backing for impactful risk management and loss control initiatives. Grant provides up to $25,000 for safety training. Municipalities may apply singularly or as a consortium. Grants will be accepted from Monday June 1 to Tuesday June 30.
