This course is designed to help employers identify and fulfill their responsibilities for recording certain illnesses and injuries, reporting specific cases to OSHA, posting certain records annually, and submitting records electronically. This course is for employees of companies who have responsibilities under OSHA’s revised Recordkeeping Rule 29 CFR 1904. Improve the quality and consistency of injury and illness data, while simplifying the system for your employer using OSHA’s recordkeeping rule. The 29 CFR 1904 regulation is designed to improve employee involvement in safety and health, and to protect the privacy of an injured or ill worker.

Who should attend: Safety Officers, Town Managers, and Department Heads or individuals designated with the responsibility to develop and maintain a safety and health program or system. This training is suitable for safety leaders, committee members, HR, and safety professionals responsible for improving the safety and health culture and best practices in their workplace.
