The guiding principle is that anyone can perform their duties with a leadership mindset, and this program helps develop that mindset. This is a 4-part virtual training series, with MIIA Rewards credit awarded only for participation in the entire series. Registration for session one automatically registers you for all four sessions, and participants must remain on camera to receive a training certificate.
