This course is designed for employees, employers, safety professionals, consultants/trainers, and senior leaders to ensure knowledge of the OSHA standards as well as to facilitate discussion around industry best practices.

The course will focus on slip/trip/fall prevention, floor traction & surfaces, floor treatment/cleaning, lighting, housekeeping & water-control, stair/sidewalk maintenance, coefficient of friction, snow & ice considerations, and footwear/PPE selection.

Attendance at this seminar qualifies the MIIA member for 1% credit under the FY22 MIIA Rewards Workers' Compensation category.

 

About the Presenter

CHSM - Senior Director, Safety & Security Pepsi-Cola & National Brand Beverages, LTD. Keene State College Adjunct Faculty In his role with Pepsi- Cola, Lev Pobirsky provides focused safety leadership to over 5,000 employees at over 20 manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and transportation depots across the United States. Lev teaches a variety of general industry and construction courses for the Keene State OSHA Education Center
