Eating Mediterranean

The Eating Mediterranean Challenge is a 10-week, online program designed to give participants the complete experience of eating one of the healthiest diets in the world. Each week you will be given a series of nutrition and lifestyle challenges that are integral parts of the traditional Mediterranean Lifestyle. Included in the program are cooking videos, recipes, online resources and the opportunity to win prizes that will be sent directly to your home.

Challenges cover every aspect of the traditional Mediterranean lifestyle including: 

  • Learn Mediterranean cooking skills with the Mediterranean Cooking Series
  • Participate in a Virtual Walk across Italy 
  • Earn points for practicing the Mediterranean Lifestyle Principles 
  • Decrease your waistline with the Weight Loss Challenge (optional)
