We’ve all heard it being said that “you are what you eat”. But did you know that we “feel” what we eat too? During our 3-part program with 60-minute sessions you'll learn how the right combination of foods at the right time of day (or night) can alleviate stress, PMS, anxiety, fatigue, lift your mood and help you feel energized all day long. The program leader is a registered dietitian.
Wellness Tip: Limit alcohol consumption at night if you have a hard time sleeping. While alcohol does induce sleep, it can interfere with deep sleep and REM sleep.
