These recipes are made by creatively layering ingredients in a jar and are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. The tight seal of the jar’s lid can keep the refrigerated, pre-made meals fresh for up to five days helping you eat in a healthful way throughout the work week! Recipes will be demonstrated and we will raffle a copy of the recipe book “Mason Jar Salads and More” by Julia Mirabella.
