The holiday season can be a tough time of the year to maintain your weight. Most Americans gain between 1 and 3 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years — and maintain that weight gain. As opposed to many programs that focus on weight loss, this focus is on not gaining weight. During our 6-part program, you’ll learn how to integrate nutrition and exercise recommendations into your holiday lifestyle. All levels of fitness welcome. The exercise portion of each session includes core and cardio conditioning. The nutrition portion covers easy-to-follow nutrition strategies and tips to help you enjoy holiday treats and keep calories down. The program leaders are a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer.
