Bodyweight Training

Burn calories, improve strength and endurance, and have fun while exercising during our 60-minute sessions. We start with a warm-up and total body cardiovascular movements, such as jumping jacks and stationary running, to boost your heart rate and improve cardiovascular function. Then we move to total body strength training using your own body weight with variations of push-ups, squats, etc. and resistance bands to improve muscular endurance and improve bone density. Class concludes with core strengthening and stretching. All levels of fitness welcome. The instructor is certified exercise specialist. 

Wellness Tip: Tone your arms by keeping our elbows close to your sides when performing push-ups.
