Get motivated to eat better, be more fit, and/or lose weight in this exciting nutrition and exercise class.
Our 8-week program, with 75-minute sessions, delivers a weekly full body workout and nutrition motivation to lose weight and improve cardio fitness.
Depending on the needs of your group, each weekly class has 30-45 minutes of inspirational, expert nutrition/weight loss advice and group discussion. Then we’ll do 30-45 minutes of fun cardio exercises and creative, effective resistance band workout. An optional weigh-in is held 15 minutes before each class. Exercise is adjusted for various levels of fitness. Beginners welcome! The program instructor is a registered dietitian.
Wellness Tip: A recent study found combining a healthy weight-loss diet with regular moderate-intensity cardio exercise was more effective than either of these strategies alone.
