Improve fitness and have fun with dance inspired exercise.
The 60-minute, 4 to 8 week program is a fun, easy-to-follow, exhilarating, calorie-burning workout. The sessions are full of energizing music and invigorating moves. All levels of fitness are welcome. The program leader is a certified Zumba instructor.
Wellness Tip: Depending on an individual's build, Zumba has the potential of burning from 500-1,000 calories in a one-hour class.
