This 1 or 2-week program, with 60-minute sessions, shows you how to move towards a healthier Mediterranean lifestyle. Topics include Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, exercise, stress management and mindfulness. Mediterranean tapas and small plate foods will be prepared for you to sample.
The Mediterranean Diet is one of the healthiest (and more delicious) ways of eating in the world. Mediterranean people have some of the highest longevity rates and lowest rates of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Find out how to integrate into your lifestyle. All attendees will receive recipes to take home. The program instructor is a registered dietitian.
Wellness Tip: The Mediterranean Diet is full of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Get them naturally by eating plenty of green vegetables, fatty fishes, flax oil and walnuts.
