Your breath is the most readily available tool for relieving stress. Practice fast-acting breathing exercises that release tension, ease worries, and boost your energy. During our 2-part program with 50-minute sessions learn simple techniques that you can use any time, any place to reduce stress. The program leader is a certified yoga instructor.

Wellness Tip: Feeling tense? Relax your jaw and unclench your tongue. Your whole body will instantly feel less tense.
