This 2-part master class, with 60-minute sessions, teaches fascinating facts sitting and provides the opportunity to practice a blend of Pilates and Barre to enhance your sitting posture. Being mindful of the anatomy of your spine and practicing core strength exercises will improve the way you sit, release tension, and ease back, neck, shoulder and arm tension. Take home an improved roadmap for sitting as well as a series of exercises to use for better alignment and energy. The program leader is a certified pilates and barre instructor.
Wellness Tip: Good sitting posture will help keep joints happy and healthy. During the course of the day, set a timer for 45 minutes to remind you to get up and move. Regular movement throughout the day helps your body feel good.
