Yoga is a safe, low-impact exercise that has been practiced for thousands of years. Pilates is an innovative mind-body exercise program. We’ve combined the best of both in this new course that covers 8 weeks with 60-minute sessions.
Yoga improves your body’s flexibility, strength and posture. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body. Both teach body awareness, good posture and help reduce stress. All levels of experience are welcome. The leader is a certified fitness instructor.
Wellness Tip: Pilates and Yoga are best practiced on an empty stomach. Try to have no more than a light snack at least one hour prior to class.
