Pilates is an innovative and safe mind-body exercise program. It can transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. This 6-8 week program has 60-minute sessions and all levels of experience are welcome. The program leader is a certified pilates instructor.
