Use state-of-the art weight loss strategies combining nutrition, strength training and cardio exercise for more efficient weight loss.
The 90-minute, 8-week program consists of 45 minutes of weight loss discussion/information sharing and 45 minutes of active exercise. During each session you'll learn how to integrate nutrition and exercise recommendations into your lifestyle. All levels of fitness are welcome. The program co-instructors are a registered dietician and a certified exercise trainer.
Wellness Tip: Weight loss isn't only about the amount of weight lost. It is also about the quality of life gained.
