This 8-week program, with 60-minute classes, draws from the diverse disciplines of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Ballet. By emphasizing precision, form, and focus, you will develop stronger legs, hips, back, abs and arms. Traditional Barre exercises, on mats, are sprinkled with some elements of Pilates and might include props for variety and challenge. Core stability and focus are emphasized throughout, enhancing strength and length and muscle tone. All levels of fitness are welcome. The program leader is a certified Pilates and Barre instructor.
