A low-intensity program to tone your entire body. Reduce risk of falls and increase strength and flexibility.
Have fun improving your strength, balance and flexibility during our 8-week program. Each class is 60 minutes. This program is designed for beginners and exercisers ready to start a new or jump-start a current fitness program. Classes include light stretching to help prevent and combat arthritis. In addition, reduce risk of falls with balance exercises and strengthen your entire body with bodyweight and resistance band exercises. The program leader is certified exercise specialist.
