Increase your overall fitness and tone your entire body.
Combining different methods of exercise is an efficient and fun way to achieve total body fitness. Each session includes cardiovascular, strength training, pilates and stretching. The program runs for 6-8 weeks and during each 60-minute session participants will use their own body weight and resistance bands to improve muscular endurance and strength. All levels of fitness are welcome. The instructor is a certified fitness trainer.
Wellness Tip: Total body workouts are 30% more effective in burning fat than separate strength and cardio programs.
