We’ll show you how to recognize and counter this response plus learn how to find the hidden sugar sources on food labels, to make more informed choices. A light, health snack will be served. Wellness Tip: Beware of “low-fat” labels. Some “low-fat” products are loaded with sugar, so they have similar calories as their "regular" counterpart.
