Would you like to feel more at peace, have more energy and be more productive? Through the practice of meditation and mindfulness, you will achieve these benefits and more. This program is appropriate for beginners who want to learn to meditate and experienced meditators who want to strengthen their practice. During our 60-minute workshop, you will:
• Experience gentle chair yoga stretches, breathing exercises and a variety of meditations you can easily practice at work and at home
• Relieve sore, tight muscles with simple neck, shoulder and back stretches and yoga breathing techniques
• Practice mindfulness and explore the joy of living in the present moment
• Discover how to stay calm and focused in the midst of the busyness of your day
• Enjoy a guided relaxation at the end of each class to restore your energy and leave you feeling rejuvenated
