A total body, outdoor fitness workout that torches fat.
This 8-week program, with 60-minute classes, is an outdoor fitness class that promotes fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. It uses bodyweight exercises like push-ups and squats, interspersed with cardiovascular interval drills and resistance band exercises. Each workout incorporates all muscle groups. You will tone your entire body along with increasing strength and flexibility. The program leader is a certified exercise specialist.
Wellness Tip: Boot camp challenges every muscle in the body with little rest in between each set. By constantly moving for an hour, the body has little time to rest, and therefore burns hundreds of calories, even after the workout is over.
