Sleep Well!

Welcome to our “Sleep Well” self-directed activity.  You can start the program at any 10-day period before June 5, 2017. We are pleased you are taking the time to become more aware of your sleep patterns and discover strategies for improving your sleep. You deserve to get a good night’s sleep.

Sleep Well is a 10-day self-directed activity that will help you be a better sleeper by helping you:

  • Unwind before bedtime
  • Stop anxious thoughts from keeping you awake
  • Practice gentle breathing exercises
  • Reset your sleep-wake cycle
  • And more!

Click here for additional information on this program which includes a short podcast, a sleep journal, sleep self-assessment form and the ability to win cool prizes.

  • Following consistent “to bed” and “wake up” schedules will help you sleep better.
