Self-directed, 10-day program starting on February 8. Let’s help make the world a better place through our words and actions. Earn cool prizes as well.
Are you a “bucket filler” or a “bucket dipper?” While interacting with others, we all have the ability to be “bucket fillers” or “bucket dippers,” a concept that Donald Clifton and grandson Tom Roth wrote about in their 2004 book “How Full is Your Bucket?”
Their concept is an intriguing one: we all have imaginary buckets that represent a place where our emotional and mental-selves sit. We fill and dip into one’s bucket by our actions and words which are either kind and thoughtful (fill) or mean and careless (dip). When our buckets are full, we feel happy, confident, positive and energized. When our bucket is empty, we feel depleted, sad, negative and angry. Our own bucket levels reflect our actions and words to those we come into contact with.
Are you ready to fill some buckets? Let’s help make the world a better place through our words and actions. Let’s aim to fill our and others’ buckets to the brim! Click to learn more about this program.
