As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the US has been on pause since March. We as a global community have taken an involuntary pause. As a result, our brains have been under enormous stress and anxiety. Our eyes have been staring at computer screens for excessive periods of time and we now have a new phenomenon known as Zoom Fatigue.
Adding daily purposeful pauses to your day allows you to be more present and to recharge. There is power in pausing! Train yourself to intentionally stop and pause.
